I’m Julie — an experience designer, mentor, and community builder.

Creativity and connection are the heartbeat of everything I do. I thrive at the intersection of vision and craft, transforming abstract ideas into products that feel intuitive and delightful to use. I bring everyone I work with into that process with me, making collaboration feel like play and helping teams stay connected to the people we’re designing for.

As a third culture kid who grew up abroad, I learned early on how to adapt in any situation and notice the subtle dynamics that shape human behavior. That curiosity eventually grew into a calling: to create spaces, both digital and IRL, where people feel seen and in tune with the world around them.

Over the last few years, I’ve worked as a multidisciplinary UX designer at Amazon and Nordstrom, designing thoughtfully crafted experiences used by millions of customers. I bring strong design intuition, excellent decision quality, and an ability to rally teams around a shared sense of purpose. I care deeply about the details, the emotions behind the interaction, and the ripple effect of good design on everyday life.

When I’m not at my desk, you can find me doing arts & crafts in my living room, vibing to live music, flowing with my silk fans, or playing cozy games. I’m always up for learning new things and engaging in hobbies that remind me that joy deserves to be an everyday practice.
